Lisa Ainsworth
Lisa is a Human Resources professional with 19 years
experience across a broad range of corporate and business
roles. Lisa’s experience has included large scale project
management, with particular emphasis in the fields of
insourcing/outsourcing and the creation of new generation
workplaces.
Lisa established her own consulting practice in 2002 which
has grown to become HR Connections Pty Limited. Lisa’s
consulting experience includes:
- HR project management, from due diligence to
implementation, for a highly successful business
acquisition in the telecommunications industry.
- HR concept design and planning for the transition of 5000
people into a state of the art workplace within the Banking
& Finance industry.
- Research and Change management of employment terms
for a leading global information technology (IT) services
company.
- Establishment of HR functions within the SME market in
the HR Software and services markets.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Commerce
(Employment Relations) and is a Professional Member of the
Australian Human Resources Institute.

Rob Eagleson
Rob is an accomplished, respected and progressive Human Resources professional with experience in a range of functions in addition to extensive generalist experience. Rob has highly effective communication skills and a flexible management style, epitomized by integrity, fairness and results.
Since 1999, Rob has been successfully involved in a number of outsourcing projects involving in excess of 1800 employees.
Prior to leaving Westpac in 2002, Rob was a Trustee Director of the Westpac Staff Superannuation Plan from 1992-2002.
Over the past 4 years Rob has consulted primarily to a number of business areas within Westpac involved in major change management programs. These include:
- Information Technology – 1400 specialist employees
- Financial Crimes Control – significant restructuring project
- Lending Operations – insourcing 100 roles
- Operations – coaching three permanent HR practitioners and overseeing their involvement in three business change initiatives
- People & Performance – Change Management supporting the implementation of a new HR self service platform.

Robert Larizza
Robert has extensive proven experience and expertise in
all facets of Employee Relations. This includes strategy
formulation, negotiations, employment contract development
and implementation, advocacy in various tribunals,
International Employment Law, policy development and
implementation.
Robert is a strong negotiator, qualifi ed mediator and a
specialist workplace investigator especially in the areas of
workplace harassment and discrimination.
Coupled with his strong employee relations practice, Robert
has significant strengths in the broader Human Resource
Management field with experience in workforce planning,
change management, performance management, restructuring
and major outsourcing as well as HR policy design,
development and implementation.
Robert is also a presenter for the professional services sector
in the areas of Discrimination, Harassment and Occupational
Health & Safety.
Robert has successfully completed contracts for a varied list
of clients in the areas of Information Technology, Banking and
Finance, Entertainment Industry, Government and Semi
Government Authorities.
Robert holds a Graduate Diploma in Employee Relations
(Industrial Law)
